Jessica Finch
Community Relations Manager
Jessica Finch is Responsum Health’s Community Relations Manager. She has a background in education, outreach, and media. Jessica previously served as the Assistant Director of Employer Outreach for the State of TN. In this position, she managed relationships between local education agencies, local governments, and the State. Jess is a proud graduate of Tennessee State University, where she earned a B.A in Mass Communications and Master’s in Education Administration. Jess enjoys building relationships and believes that every member of the community holds pieces of the solution. She recently moved to Sacramento, CA and enjoys actively participating in her community.
