The purpose of this clinical trial is to test how safe ADX-629 is and how well the body can handle taking it (called tolerability). The trial will also look at whether the trial drug works (called efficacy) and the effect of ADX-629 on the cough-related quality of life.
Open-label Phase II clinical trial to evaluate effectiveness of ADX-2191 in 8 (eight) subjects with retinitis pigmentosa due to rhodopsin mutations (including P23H).
