Lauren has a Master’s degree in Nutritional Biology and is a certified specialist in renal nutrition. Lauren is the Director at Cukebook, a non-profit whose mission is to make culinary nutrition a mainstay of kidney health. Cukebook.org provides evidence-based and easy-to-understand information and support to people with kidney disease.

Lauren is also the founder and owner of Happy Health Nutrition, an insurance-based virtual nutrition private practice specializing in kidney health. Lauren believes nutrition counseling should be accessible to all people and essential to preventing chronic disease.
